We had major issues with our new build when we moved in and had real concerns about the quality of build we had purchased. We decided to use Snag Right to carry out a full survey of our house and they found issues with garden drainage, windows not properly sealed and noted that our attic was not fully insulated. Various leaks were discovered and 2 of our radiators were not working. All in all they found over 100 issues in the house. We also paid for the follow up survey so that they would return to check over everything once our house builder had completed the snagging – unsurprisingly, not everything has been fixed so the house builder came back again. So glad we brought Snag Right in. Our advice is get your new build inspected by a professional to ensure everything is right.
