Poor workmanship on roof. Ridge tile not pointed with roof cement as per standard practice – Gaffa tape used instead! This would have eventually lead to significant roof leaks if not spotted Dunbar
Standard of turfing to front garden on clients move in day. They were told by the Site Manager that this would come back to life with some watering! Clearly this turf was dead and was included in our snagging report then replaced for new healthy turf – Edinburgh
