Poor workmanship on roof. Ridge tile not pointed with roof cement as per standard practice – Gaffa tape used instead! This would have eventually lead to significant roof leaks if not spotted Dunbar
No mastic seal below window sill. This could potentially lead to water ingress issues and the risk of wasp nests within the cavity of the walls and possible vermin infestation Edinburgh
Very poor brick work. Not noticed by client and so never reported to the house builder but picked up in our survey resulting in scaffolding being erected and brick work on side of house being taken down and re-built properly. Probably some of the worst brick work we have ever encountered Edinburgh
