We were a bit reluctant to pay for a professional company to come in and snag our house due to the cost but thank goodness we did! We kept finding things that were broken or not working properly when we moved in but didn’t really know what was considered as normal snagging. We decided to get Snag Right in for peace of mind more than anything and they found nearly 150 things that were not right! The report they gave us was very detailed but easy for someone with no real knowledge of construction to understand. The Site Manager didn’t look very pleased about us bringing in a professional snagging company but it definitely got a reaction and everything was fixed with in a couple of weeks. We have recommended Snag Right to lots of people in our estate now and they too are having surveys done.
