Generally poor workmanship. Untidy sealant between floor and skirtings. Excessive gaps left unsealed. Paint on flooring. Unprepared woodwork leaving poor finish in paint work – Edinburgh
Very poor brick work. Not noticed by client and so never reported to the house builder but picked up in our survey resulting in scaffolding being erected and brick work on side of house being taken down and re-built properly. Probably some of the worst brick work we have ever encountered Edinburgh
