Prior to carrying out our survey on this property some roof tiles had blown off in a storm causing internal water damage and damage to the roof gutters. As part of our survey we investigated this further and found that a large area of the roof tiles had not even been nailed. Over half the roof was stripped and re-tiled because of our findings –
